Mixed Circles
The importance of men's and women's work is clear to me. There are often common themes that arise for the masculine and feminine. Coming together in this way can cultivate healthy masculinity and femininity. When going through difficulties or processing trauma knowing you're not alone in the struggles you are experiencing and being seen an held is a powerful tool for processing these experiences.
Recently I have been creating mixed circles, where men and women are able to witness each other in their true and authentic expression. Providing us with a powerful realisation of what each gender is experiencing and supporting to cultivate understanding and compassion towards this.
We all have both masculine and feminine qualities within us, and when hearing the vulnerable and authentic expression of the opposite polarity it can identify elements within ourselves that we have not been allowing access to. It can also dissolve gender stereotypes or false and limiting beliefs.
It's time we walk together, holding each other in times of sorrow and celebrating together in times of joy.
